One of the most personable and helpful HR Directors I ever met. He even helped me find a place to live when I moved to Massachusetts and even used his personal time to drive me and always followed up to see how I was doing. Never too busy not to say hi or stop and check on me. Such a professional at his job. Thank you Robert!

I worked with Robert for approximately 2 1/2 years. He started with a non-functional HR department– and turned it around to a well operating department. Robert was outstanding in his ability to train his staff, work to promote his staff, as well as to recognize his staff. Robert was always approachable–and discharged his duties as required–without ever giving a regard to the clock. Robert rolled out a new HR platform– Something that we had never had before– which was accepted by many– and rejected by a few. It proved to be an easily usable and functional software package. Something that we will embrace for a long time. I wish him well in his future endeavors.
