As a Human Resources Data Analyst at National Grid during a 12-month contract focused on HR Technology Project from September 2019 to September 2020, I played a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of HR data across various functions, including new hires and promotions.

I spearheaded the validation and approval of individual cases in MyHub SuccessFactors, facilitating seamless data replication into the SAP NetWeaver platform while swiftly resolving discrepancies. Additionally, I provided essential support to analysts and managers, ensuring the integrity of HR Master Data's infotype coding.

As the primary liaison for HRIS maintenance, I addressed issues and process inefficiencies, collaborating with stakeholders to recommend solutions and drive system enhancements. Furthermore, I managed service requests with third-party providers, fostering collaboration to optimize productivity and align with organizational goals.

My proficiency in MS Office Excel enabled me to generate insightful ad-hoc analysis reports, delivering real-time data on key business objectives through comprehensive dashboards, thus contributing to data-driven decision-making and process optimization between integrated platforms.
