As the Human Resources Director at Veloxius, Inc., I led the creation of the HR department from inception, emphasizing the importance of HR technology implementation for the start-up company's success. With strategic daily management support, I guided internal and external stakeholders in developing and administering HR operations, programs, policies, and procedures. Leveraging advanced HRIS platforms such as ADP WorkforceNow, previously known as ADP/PC Payroll, and Workday HCM, I oversaw various aspects of the platform including benefits, compensation, performance appraisal, and talent management.

Utilizing my proficiency in Workday HCM modules, I ensured seamless operation and compliance with all relevant regulations. By managing complex integrations and providing guidance on ETL projects, I enhanced system functionality and efficiency, maximizing operational effectiveness. Moreover, I ensured legal compliance by monitoring and implementing federal and local employment laws, including those specific to Puerto Rico, and administered comprehensive employee benefit programs to attract and retain top talent.

Through meticulous attention to detail and strategic use of HR technology, I led the establishment of an efficient and compliant HR department at Veloxius, Inc., setting the stage for the company's continued business operations.
